ACE Pilot DB does not collect personal information, usage analytics, search queries, or device identifiers. The app operates entirely on your device with no server-side component.

On-Device Data

Pilot certificate and medical data from the FAA public database is stored locally on your device. Saved airmen records remain on your device and are not transmitted anywhere.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Snow Tree LLC does not receive or store payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs transaction data.

Crash Reports

If you opt in via Apple's settings, anonymized crash reports may be sent to Apple and shared with us. These contain no personally identifiable information.
